Tom Randell is a Director at Merlin with a specific focus on Aerospace, Defence, Mining & Metals and Natural Resources. He has worked with a range of UK and international Listed and Private Companies including: Airbus, EADS NV, Eurocopter, Kazakhmys PLC, Max Petroleum, Mwana Africa plc, Petropavlovsk, RPC PLC and SR Technics. He has been involved in a variety of hostile and agreed M&A, IPO’s and other high profile international business campaigns. Before Merlin, Tom was a Consultant at Brunswick.

Prior to moving into communications consultancy Tom was an international capital markets solicitor working at Linklaters in their offices in London and New York. Before that he was a researcher in the House of Commons and worked for RISC, a social market research consultancy in Paris. He is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales and the United Kingdom Aviation Club.
